Dear Tenth District Republican,

 

            Congratulations!  You have been duly elected to serve as a Delegate to the Tenth District Republican Party
Convention to be held on Saturday, April 2, 2005, at the Ellijay Elementary School, 32 McCutchen Street, Ellijay, GA
30540.  Doors will open at 8:30 A. M. for registration and promptly close at 10:00 A. M.  This letter serves as your
official notice of such an honor and responsibility.  The proposed agenda is enclosed for your preview, along with
a map of Ellijay.

 

            The registration fee for Delegates is $25.00 if received by March 25, 2005, and $30.00 after that and includes
lunch.   Lunch will be provided by Mrs. Yoland Banks.  Guest fee is $15.00.

 

A banquet has been scheduled for the night before at the Albert E. Harrison Hall on Dalton Street.  A set fee
for the banquet will not be charged, but you will be asked to make a contribution to help build up our treasury. 
Contributions in excess of our cost will be split between the Counties and the District. 

 

We’ve secured some good rates at motels.  Please make your reservations as soon as possible, identifying
yourself as attending Tenth District Republican Party Convention.

Amicalola Falls Lodge and Cohutta Lodge and Restaurant have rooms available for $99.00.  Let me know if you want

            The main business of this Convention will be the election of District Officers and State Committee Members.
