We qualified 19 candidates this past week to compete in various races for public office in this July’s primary. We were unable to get the following information in the Times-Courier, but THIS COMING TUESDAY , ( MAY 6th) at the courthouse, at 7:00, at our regularly scheduled meeting, we will give each candidate a few minutes to tell his/her name, what office they are running for, and why they are running for that office.

Hope to see you there!!! Come and bring a friend. Also, sometime between now and the July primary date, we are planning to have a reception for all our candidates...the date and time of this event will be announced when we finalize arrangements...look at the "What’s Happening "section in the paper each week, and you will receive an email from me.
