( ) YES Should the form of government in Murray County be changed from a sole
( ) NO member commission to a five member commission?

( ) YES Should the Superintendent of Schools for Murray County be elected?

( ) YES Should the Murray County Office’s of Tax Commissioner, Clerk of Superior
( ) NO Court, Probate Court, Commissioner and Sheriff be limited to serving two
