Hall County, GA, Party for the President on July 15 -- HUGE success!
view more at www.hall4bc04.org
Our well attended party on the 15th was a huge success, and everyone had a great time. Even though it fell just a few days before our July 20 primary and there was an area political forum going on just down the street, we still had a good crowd -- more than were at the political forum at the college. Our RSVP list indicated 109 attendees.Take a look at photos of the event on the home page of our Hall for Bush/Cheney web site. Our local Gainesville Times newspaper sent a young reporter who covered the event. Read July 16 newspaper article. . . During the party, we enjoyed patriotic solos - joined in a sing along - enjoyed delicious southern food - signed "thank you" notes to the President - filled out the Bush voter registration post cards addressed to people in Florida - passed out Georgia voter registration cards - listened to great speeches about supporting our President - distributed Bush/Cheney Bumper stickers, W Stands for Women stickers, and Bush/Cheney Pins (all free) - encouraged attendees to become volunteers - viewed the President's great video - listened to the First Lady's telephone call. Above all, everyone was urged to get out the vote. It was a great fun filled evening!
