Casey Cagle iPod  Winners:
Three of the five winners of the iPods were from the Tenth District - Richard Combs, Pickens County; Mary Jones, Gilmer County; and George Clopton, Walker County.  Casey is a candidate for Lt. Governor and is from Hall County and the 10th District.

Alec Poitevint and the entire executive committee slate was elected by acclamation by delegates. The following slate was elected to statewide party offices:

    • Chairman: Alec Poitevint, Bainbridge
    • First Vice Chair: Sue Everhart, Marietta
    • Second Vice Chair: Carolyn Garcia, Kennesaw
    • Vice Chair North: Jean Studdard, Fayetteville
    • Vice Chair Central: John Padgett, Athens
    • Vice Chair Southeast: Gloria Alday, Kathleen
    • Vice Chair Southwest: Doug Silvis, Thomasville
    • Secretary: Bert Guy, St. Mary’s
    • Assistant Secretary: Rusty Simpson, Tifton
    • Treasurer: Bob Mayzes, Cartersville
    • Chair of Over 80,000: Virginia Galloway, Hiram
    • Chair of Under 80,000: Brad Scott, Ringgold
